The Goodness Web is pleased to announce that we have awarded a $800,000, two-year grant to Inseparable, Inc.
Inseparable, Inc. is a nonprofit organization and 501(c)(3) public charity committed to promoting mental health policy, increasing access to affordable high-quality care, expanding a diverse mental health workforce, and investing in proven prevention and treatment programs. Inseparable’s principal vehicle is its Hopeful Futures Campaign, which advocates for a comprehensive set of policy proposals to address the mental health needs of students in the school setting. Inseparable also educates the public on the importance of comprehensive school mental health systems, creating vital, age-appropriate mental health and well-being knowledge and skills from K-12, and prioritizing investments in prevention and early intervention to strengthen resiliency and create significant savings down the line. We are honored to embark on this journey with Bill Smith, Founder & President of Inseparable, the Inseparable Board, and the entire, highly experienced Inseparable team. With The Goodness Web’s grant, Inseparable, Inc. will continue to drive mental health policy impacts across more states. We trust that their efforts will positively improve the lives of the nation’s young people who are currently without adequate mental health support.
About The Goodness Web
The Goodness Web (TGW) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, founded in 2019 by the Swartz & Verdi families. The Goodness Web connects a diverse community of result-oriented donors and partners who pool their resources and expertise to accelerate the most promising mental health initiatives to improve lives. TGW activates its extensive network – the 'Web' – to surface the most promising opportunities for investment, share learnings, and facilitate lasting connections. TGW is creating a new alternative to traditional philanthropy to radically change the trajectory, timeline, and impact in the mental health arena with an initial focus on youth.
Backed by a data-driven strategy, TGW’s differentiated business model reflects a private equity-like approach by pooling donations from families who are passionate about this cause to scale proven interventions, accelerate innovation, and expand mental health support. The founding team leverages their skill sets and resources to invest in strategies that work, help enterprises build capacity, and create a sustainable mental health movement.
